The materials appearing on TranZition's service could include technical or content errors. The Company does not warrant that any of the materials on its service are accurate, complete, or current. TranZition may make changes to the materials contained on its service at any time without notice.

5. Service

6. Billing

TranZition offers paid services to individuals. Details of our subscription plans and fees are available on our pricing page. All charges are non-refundable. Subscriptions will be automatically renewed at the end of each term unless cancelled by the user.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your card through Stripe for the amount due according to your subscription plan.

7. Cancellation

Users can cancel their subscription or delete their account at any time by contacting support@tranzition.xyz. Identity confirmation may be required.

8. Service Terms of Use Modifications

The Company may revise these terms of use for its service at any time without notice. By using this service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

9. Governing Law

Any claim relating to TranZition's service shall be governed by the laws of France without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
